Why this free standing fryer earns its place
The Blue Seal Fastfri CM602-P is a free standing propane fryer with a single 18 litre tank, twin baskets and a 400 mm footprint. It keeps the footprint tight while still giving you the working capacity needed for a busy fry station.
It is built in stainless steel with a stainless steel open tank, so the parts you need to keep clean are straightforward to reach. Blue Seal also specifies a multi jet burner system, which is part of what gives the fryer its practical, service-ready feel on a commercial line.
The fryer runs from a 25,000 W input and works across a +100 to +190 °C temperature range. That gives you the control to handle different frying jobs without overcomplicating the installation or the day-to-day operation.
