Why this free standing fryer earns its place
The RFE16C is the single-tank answer for kitchens that want the smart power control of the larger RFE20C without doubling the space. One 16-litre tank, single or twin baskets, and the same three-element power selection: hold at 4 kW during quiet periods, jump to 8 kW for fresh product during service, or hit 12 kW to handle frozen items straight from stock. You get responsive power management without running full power when you don't need it.
Capacity is 16 litres and throughput sits at 25 kg per hour — perfectly sized for mid-volume venues that aren't doing maximum-cover service every hour. The tank is compact enough for countertops in smaller kitchens but has serious durability: stainless-steel construction, 380V three-phase, temperature control up to 190 °C. Single or twin baskets means you can adapt to your service — run one basket for slower periods, both baskets when the rush hits.
The element pack is removable, so end-of-shift cleaning doesn't require specialised tools or hours of breakdown time. Everything is controlled from the front of the unit, including the safety thermostat reset. Standard Roller Grill two-year parts and labour warranty covers the whole fryer.
