Why this free standing fryer earns its place
The Parry NPDPF6 is your answer when counter space isn't your constraint but volume is. This is a freestanding cabinet fryer—1065mm tall, stood on its own legs—with a single 18-litre tank and serious output: 28 kg of finished product per hour. The pedestal design gives you storage underneath and makes clean-down easier; nothing's jammed against a wall.
The heating elements are engineered for fast recovery. You're dropping baskets of product, oil temperature dips, and the elements push it back up while the last batch is draining. That's how you hit 28 kg/hr—not by running hotter, but by working smarter on the timing. Temperature dial goes +50 to +200 °C, same full range as the countertop model, but the capacity and recovery speed let you handle real lunch rushes without queuing baskets.
Power is 2000W on a single-phase supply—standard commercial plug. The tank and exterior are stainless steel, built to last. The manufacturer includes detailed notes on cleaning: switch off, allow oil to cool, open the safety drain valve, drain into the bucket, raise the heating elements clear of the pan, and wipe down. If you're running a discipline around oil filtration—catching the solids—your oil life extends and costs stay down.
