The Lincat Opus 800 Electric Fryer Twin Tank 600mm is specifically designed to cope with the everyday rigours of a busy commercial kitchen. Heavy duty performance, excellent reliability, accurate control, super fast recovery, simple operation and easy cleaning are all part of the specification.
This twin-tank model gives you 30 litres of capacity and two baskets, with an output rating of 80 kg per hour. It is a solid choice when frying needs to stay on the pass all through service rather than being an occasional task.
The fryer runs at 400V with a rated input of 24,000 W and is listed for three phase supply only. Pumped filtration means the oil can be filtered and the fryer is ready to fry again in under 5 minutes, so you can filter during or after service, even whilst hot.
