What sets this model apart is the pumped filtration system. Oil can be filtered and the fryer is ready to fry again in under 5 minutes, so filtration can happen during service or afterwards, even while the oil is hot. Twin pumps keep the oil from each tank fully segregated, which helps avoid cross contamination between oils.
It has a 34 litre capacity, two baskets and an output of 80 kg per hour, so it is built for serious frying output. The unit measures 1070 x 600 x 800 mm, weighs 118 kg gross and runs at 400V with a rated input of 24,000 W. It is listed for single or three phase supply.
