The Lincat Opus 800 Electric Fryer Twin Tank 600mm is built to cope with the everyday rigours of a busy commercial kitchen. Its heavy duty performance, excellent reliability, accurate control, super fast recovery, simple operation and easy cleaning are all part of the brief.
This version is set up for three phase supply, with a rated input of 24,000 W at 400V. That gives you the power to run a 34 litre twin-tank fryer that is designed for consistent service, and the unit’s output is rated at 80 kg per hour.
The pumped filtration system means the oil can be filtered and the fryer is ready to fry again in under 5 minutes, so filtration can happen during or after service, even while hot. Twin pumps keep the oil from each tank fully segregated to avoid cross contamination.
