The Lincat Opus 800 Electric Fryer Single Tank 300mm is designed to cope with the everyday rigours of a busy commercial kitchen. Its heavy duty performance, excellent reliability, accurate control, super fast recovery, simple operation and easy cleaning are all aimed at making a compact fryer feel like proper service kit.
At just 300 mm wide, this is the slimmest model in the set, but it still gives you a 17 litre tank, one basket and a rated output of 40 kg per hour. That makes it a strong fit where fryer space is tight and the load is steady rather than extreme.
The pumped filtration system means the oil can be filtered and the fryer is ready to fry again in under 5 minutes, so filtration can happen during or after service, even whilst hot. That helps maximise oil life without dragging down the pace of service.
