Why this free standing fryer earns its place
The FriFri Super Easy 633 with filtration is the same robust compact fryer as the non-filtered version, but with integrated oil reclamation built in. You get three independent tanks feeding three separate baskets, all within a 592mm width and 986mm height. The three 7.5kW elements mean 22.5kW total output on a standard 230V three-phase supply—the kind of power connection most kitchens have without heavy electrical work. That makes it a straightforward retrofit into existing spaces.
What changes is the oil cost equation. The integrated filtration system removes sediment and spent frying particles continuously, which extends the working life of your oil from weeks into months. That alone pays for the filtration maintenance cycle in many kitchens. The same 304 grade stainless steel pressed pans and hinged element design mean downtime is still minimal and element changes are a technician's quick task, not a teardown job.
Three separate tanks let you keep different products at different temperatures—battered sides separate from chips, for example—or run the same product across all three baskets for volume. No compromise on simultaneity, no cross-contamination. The unit is heavy enough (98.5kg) to be stable under service load, and tall enough (986mm) to fit natural kitchen heights without awkward bending.
