Why this free standing fryer earns its place
The FriFri Super Easy 633 on single-phase power makes professional frying accessible to kitchens where three-phase supply isn't available. This is the same proven triple tank, triple basket design as the three-phase 633, but engineered to run on standard 230V single-phase electrical supply at 22.5 kW. No special electrical installation needed—if your premises can handle the power demand, you can run this fryer.
Three independent frying stations deliver high output from a compact 592 mm width, so you're not sacrificing capacity for accessibility. Each tank runs independently, meaning you can manage multiple products at once—fish in one tank, chicken in another, chips in the third. The built-in oil filtration system extends oil life by removing food particles and burnt fragments automatically, which translates directly to lower oil costs and better-tasting fried food.
The 304 grade stainless steel pressed pans and hinged frying elements are the same quality construction as all FriFri units. Hinged elements pull out without tools for quick cleaning or replacement, and the all-stainless cabinet with silver finish stands up to the daily wear of a busy kitchen. At 986 mm high and 650 mm deep, it's a practical fit in most commercial kitchen layouts.
