The FriFri Super Easy 412 is a free-standing electric fryer with two baskets and a single tank, giving you a straightforward frying setup in a compact commercial footprint. It sits in the same stainless steel, floor-standing family as the rest of the range.
It is powered by a 400V three-phase supply and has a rated input of 15,000 W. The fryer works from +95 to +190 °C, so it gives the operator a normal commercial frying range rather than a fixed or narrow set point.
Its dimensions are 397.5 mm wide, 650 mm deep and 986 mm high, and it has a gross weight of 69 kg. That keeps the body narrow while still giving you a substantial full-height fryer.
