The FriFri Super Easy 211 is the narrowest fryer in this batch, with one basket and one tank in a free-standing stainless steel body. It gives smaller kitchens a commercial fryer format without taking much width.
It runs on a 400V three-phase supply and has a rated input of 7,500 W, so it is the lightest electrical load in the group. The temperature range of +95 to +190 °C gives you the standard commercial frying band you need in service.
Its dimensions are 197.5 mm wide, 650 mm deep and 986 mm high, and it weighs 47 kg gross. That makes it the most compact and lightest of the five requested models, while still keeping the same full-height floor-standing form.
