Why this free standing fryer earns its place
The Precision 633 single-phase model delivers three-basket frying capacity to kitchens where three-phase power isn't available or practical to install. Each of the three baskets has its own 7.5 kW element, totalling 22.5 kW input, and they work independently — so you're frying three batches at once or rotating high volumes through the day without waiting for oil recovery.
The real edge is precision. Electronic temperature control holds your oil to within ±1 °C of your target throughout service. That consistency stops oil from drifting cool and absorbing into food, or spiking hot and burning it. The LED display tracks the current temperature in real time, and a timer with buzzer alert means no burned stock from forgotten baskets.
Three separate tanks give you flexibility: different oil temperatures for different products, or fresh oil rotated through each basket. Stainless steel construction handles daily commercial washing. The single-phase 230V supply means you plug it in anywhere standard commercial power reaches — no sparks, no electrician call-out, just set it and fry.
