Why this free standing fryer earns its place
The FriFri Precision 633 is the workhorse for busy takeaways, pubs, and events where you're turning batches constantly and consistency is everything. Three independent baskets mean three cooks in parallel—staggered drops give you constant output without the wait. At 592 mm wide and 994 mm tall, it's a real piece of kit, but it's built to sit in a working line and deliver shift after shift.
What sets it apart is the precision. Electronic temperature control holds oil to within ±1 °C of your set point—that's four times tighter than mechanical thermostats. You set 180 °C and you get 180 °C, batch after batch. The LED display shows the live oil temperature as you cook, and the timer counts down with a buzzer to signal when each batch is ready. No guessing, no burning surprises, no customer complaints about one batch crispy and the next soggy.
Three separate 11 kW heating elements (33 kW total on 400V three-phase) mean fast recovery. Drop a cold basket and the oil bounces back to temperature in seconds, keeping your throughput steady even in peak service. The three-tank design gives each basket its own oil, so sediment from one batch doesn't degrade the others. Stainless-steel construction means it handles the pace—no rust, no corrosion, just reliable steel that wipes clean at the end of service.
