Why this free standing fryer earns its place
The Falcon F900 E9342 is a freestanding electric twin pan fryer for commercial kitchens that need fast frying, clear control and the ability to separate different food tasks. Each pan holds 7.5 litres of oil, and the manufacturer describes it as an ideal choice when smaller portions need to be cooked quickly or when cross-contamination has to be avoided.
Each pan is independently controlled and has its own filtration system, which helps prolong oil life, maintain oil quality and reduce cross-contamination of oil as much as possible. Rapid heat-up and recovery times help keep service moving, while the thermostatically controlled 130-185°C range gives the operator practical control over frying temperatures.
This model is supplied on feet rather than castors, so it suits a more fixed position in the kitchen. It runs on 400V three phase power with a rated input of 15,000 W, has two baskets and two tanks, and carries an electrical safety notice. The stainless steel body has a silver finish, fish plates are supplied as standard, and the gross weight is 65 kg.
