Why this free standing fryer earns its place
The Falcon F900 E9342F2 is a freestanding electric twin pan fryer on adjustable castors, built for kitchens that need fast frying with control over cross-contamination. Each pan holds 7.5 litres of oil and the manufacturer describes it as an ideal choice when smaller portions need to be cooked quickly, or when separate frying space is needed for different foods.
Its two pans are independently controlled, with a single filtration system helping to prolong the life of the oil and maintain the integrity and quality of the frying medium. Rapid heat-up and recovery times help food move through service quickly, while the thermostatic temperature range of 130-185°C gives practical control across a wide spread of frying jobs. A safety thermostat is fitted as standard to prevent overheating.
The unit runs on three phase power at 400V with a rated input of 15,000 W. It has two baskets, two tanks, an electrical safety notice, and a gross weight of 80 kg. The stainless steel build and silver finish keep it in line with demanding commercial kitchen environments, and fish plates are supplied as standard.
