The Falcon Dominator Twin Tank Free Standing Electric Fryer on Feet E3865 DT606 is a twin pan 48 litre fryer in a stainless steel body with adjustable feet. It is a free-standing electric fryer specified for 400V three phase power and a 20,000 W input.
The twin pan layout is designed for busy service, with individual controls so one pan can be used while the other waits for demand to build. The manufacturer says that can help save energy and oil during quieter periods, while also allowing one pan to be dedicated to allergen-free food if needed.
