Why this free standing fryer earns its place
The E3830 is the fryer that fits everywhere. Single basket, 24-litre capacity, just 300mm wide — it's designed for kitchens where space is at a premium but frying is essential: a busy café breakfast service, a small takeaway, a bar with snack sales. Despite the compact footprint, it's built with the same engineering as bigger Dominator Plus models: high output, fast recovery time after each basket, and reliable thermostatic control between 130°C and 190°C.
Power flexibility is the other smart detail. Most fryers need three-phase wiring, which can mean a costly install in older buildings or small premises. The E3830 runs on either 230V single-phase (like a kettle) or 400V three-phase, so it works in almost any commercial kitchen, old or new. You choose based on what's already wired. Stainless and mild steel construction is tough and low-maintenance; the removable elements clean easily.
At just 45kg and 890mm tall, it's light enough to move between serving stations if your layout changes seasonally (café summer terrace, for example). Falcon's 2-year commercial warranty covers parts and labour. If you need support, Craven Cooling are on 01792 732702.
