Why this countertop fryer earns its place
The Roller Grill RFE8D is two fryers in one footprint: two independent 8-litre tanks, each with its own thermostat and heating control, sharing the same stainless steel body. Combined, they push 30 kg/hr of fresh chips from a single unit that still fits a standard-depth counter, and each tank can fry different items at different temperatures if you need to. Run both for chips at full pace, or dial one back for doughnut or coating work while the other handles the main fry.
Each tank benefits from the cold zone — oil sits above a cooler reservoir where debris settles instead of burning, so your oil stays cleaner longer and colour doesn't shift mid-service. Two drain taps mean you can empty oil from either tank without touching the other. Two baskets let your team prep while one batch drains. The safety systems are serious: independent thermostats on each tank, backup thermostats as failsafe, and a microswitch that won't let the elements fire if the basket isn't seated right.
At 465 mm wide and 400 mm deep, the RFE8D occupies minimal counter space for what it delivers. Stainless steel construction means it handles hard washdown, and at 30 kg it's still moveable for deep cleaning or rearranging. Just plug it into a standard 230V socket — no three-phase wiring needed, no gas connection, instant heat when you need it.
