Why this countertop fryer earns its place
Built for high-volume operations, the Lincat Silverlink DF66 gives you two independent deep fat fryers in one compact countertop unit. Each 9-litre stainless steel tank has its own thermostat and drain system, letting you run different temperatures or products simultaneously without cross-contamination or wasted energy—crucial when one fryer is doing duty service and the other keeps up with the rush. The tanks are fully welded with no seams, making them quick to clean and highly durable.
Heat recovery is what separates a fryer that works from one that flies. The DF66 fires up to 190°C and holds temperature through continuous basket loading: you're looking at 24 kg of chilled chips per hour or 16 kg of frozen product without the oil temperature crashing. For a busy takeaway or catering operation mixing seafood, chips and battered chicken across both tanks, that throughput translates to no bottlenecks. The front-mounted controls are positioned for safety and ease of operation, even when the kitchen is packed.
The cool zone design sits at the base of each tank and collects burnt debris, keeping your oil cleaner and longer-lived. Drainage taps let you access and remove accumulated sediment without breaking down the fryer, and both tanks are removable for thorough end-of-day cleaning. The whole unit is stainless steel—it's built to take hard professional use and still look clean in an open-plan kitchen.
