Why this countertop fryer earns its place
The Buffalo Countertop Electric Fryer CU614 is a small single fryer built for countertop use. At 280 x 180 x 410 mm and 3 kg gross, it has a slim footprint that makes it easier to place where space is tight, while still giving you a proper 3 L frying capacity.
It runs on 220-240V plug power with a 2000 W input and offers a temperature range from 60 to 190 °C. Buffalo describes it as a high performance, efficient fryer, and the product is also supplied with a thermostat control, thermal cut out device and safety switch.
