The BLIZZARD 6L Single Tank Electric Fryer BF6 is a small stainless steel countertop fryer with a removable tank, made for straightforward frying in limited space. It uses a manual thermostat and LED indication lights, so control is simple and easy to read in service.
Its footprint is 310 mm wide, 410 mm deep and 285 mm high, and it weighs just 6 kg gross, which makes it the lightest and most compact of the three single-tank Blizzard units here. The included lid and basket, plus the mesh batter plate, mean it arrives ready for daily frying work.
It runs on a 13amp supply with a rated input of 2500 W and a temperature range from +50 to +190 °C. The basket measures 240 x 185 x 100 mm deep, and the side handles, rubber feet and safety cut out give it practical everyday handling and use.
