Why this rotisserie earns its place
Twelve 1.2 kg birds per load across three independently controlled spits, running on standard 230V single-phase supply—that's the honest advantage here. Most kitchens have plenty of single-phase capacity available, which means installation is faster and cheaper than three-phase models. No electrician redesign, no service upgrade negotiation. Just plug in, dial the temperature, and cook. At 5 kW draw, it sits comfortably on a dedicated 13A circuit with room to spare.
The glass-door design matters even at this capacity. Hinged doors and an interior light let you watch rotation without opening the oven, which cuts heat loss and speeds recovery between loads. Temperature range climbs to 250 °C with user-friendly dials and a 120-minute timer, so you're precise about finish. Each spit is controlled independently, meaning you can stage batches to staggered finishes or load a mixed product (birds and meat joints) without managing two separate chambers.
Build quality is robust and practical. Stainless steel throughout, 880 mm wide and 470 mm deep—wider than the E6P but narrower than the five-spit models. At 63 kg, it's manageable on solid flooring. The eco-function is genuinely useful here: run half load during prep or quiet service to cut energy without cycling the whole machine. Slide-out grease tray and drain-off tap mean cleanup is fast and doesn't require breakdown.
