Why this rotisserie earns its place
CK096 is the single-pane version of Alto-Shaam’s high-speed electric rotisserie and ventless hood, designed to put the cooking process on display without forcing the site around fixed hood requirements. The self-contained venting system is what makes that possible.
Alto-Shaam says the hood draws steam and fumes from the oven chamber to filter out grease, smoke and odours, so the machine is doing both cooking and extraction work at the same time. That matters when the rotisserie needs to sit where customers can see it and the kitchen still has to stay clean and controlled.
The cabinet is built in stainless steel with a silver finish, measures 1371 x 992 x 815 mm externally and weighs 218 kg gross. It runs on 240V three phase with an 8900 W rated input, so it belongs in a kitchen with proper power planning.
