The Premier mobile bains marie hot cupboard is built as a high-performance but efficient hot storage solution for a busy kitchen. It is a stainless-steel unit in silver finish, sized at 900 mm high by 1603 mm wide by 700 mm deep, with a gross weight of 100 kg.
The top section gives you four 1/1 GN positions that can be run wet or dry, controlled by a three-position energy regulator. Inside, the bright polished stainless steel interior is paired with two removable rodded wire shelves, each of which holds four GN 1/1 containers, so the holding space is set up for service rather than just storage.
Access is through two sliding doors, and the unit is supplied on castors so it can be moved for cleaning. The hot cupboard is thermostatically controlled between 30 and 110°C, so it gives you a straightforward way to hold food at the temperature you need without turning the cabinet into a complicated piece of kit.
