Why this hot cupboard earns its place
This Moffat hot cupboard is designed for hot holding with dry heat bain marie tops that take gastronorm containers. It is built in stainless steel with Merlin Grey plastic coated steel front and end panels, so it is made for daily commercial use.
The fan-assisted heating system lifts out for maintenance and cleaning, and the unit is designed for even temperatures throughout. The stainless steel sliding doors also lift off for cleaning, which helps keep the cupboard practical in service.
Inside, you get a bright polished stainless steel interior, two grid shelves with heavy duty supports, a drop-down trayslide and a quartz-heated gantry with a Perspex sneeze guard. The cupboard comes with a two metre cable and plug for a 13amp supply.
