Why this meat ageing fridge earns its place
The DRYB172 is INOMAK's upright dry age cabinet — a dedicated space for maturing beef and charcuterie behind a full glass door, so stock ages in controlled conditions while staying on show to the kitchen or counter.
It runs on natural R290, a low-GWP hydrocarbon refrigerant rather than an older high-GWP gas. The glass door lets staff read how a cut is progressing at a glance, so the cabinet stays closed and conditions stay steady between checks.
As an upright, it stands in a single floor position rather than taking a run of counter, so it drops into a prep area, butchery or front-of-house display without rearranging the line.
