Why this under counter fridge earns its place
The CK307 is a glass-door undercounter fridge from True, sized to sit beneath a worktop or back-bar: 802 mm wide, 629 mm deep, and 57 kg empty. The glass door keeps chilled stock visible at 147 litres total capacity (94 usable), so staff can see what is held and reach it quickly during service without opening.
Undercounter refrigeration brings chilled storage into the working line rather than a back store, keeping drinks or ingredients cold at the point they are used. The unit is built to run through a full trading day on the front line and is particularly energy-efficient: it holds Energy class A and runs at just 489 kWh per year on 230V power.
Two internal shelves let you organise stock by type or section. The unit holds temperatures between +0.5°C and +3.3°C, which is the commercial chilled band. It carries a 7-year parts-and-labour warranty. Check the height, width and depth against your aperture before installing and allow clearance for airflow on the sides and back.
