The TEFCOLD CAR410 is a single-door upright refrigerator for general commercial food storage, giving 410 litres gross and 300 litres usable behind one hinged solid door. Three shelves organise stock in a 600 mm-wide stainless steel cabinet that takes little floor space in a back-of-house line. It holds chilled ingredients and prepped food at safe service temperature through the working day.
Fan-assisted cooling maintains -2 to +8 °C across the cabinet, with automatic off-cycle defrost so the fridge clears its coil without manual intervention. Rated to climate class 4, it keeps temperature in a warm kitchen. Stainless steel inside and out is built for daily commercial cleaning and wipe-downs between deliveries.
The cabinet measures 600 × 745 × 1950 mm externally and weighs 100 kg, and it ships packed at 640 × 774 × 2050 mm — worth checking against your doorway height before delivery. It runs on a standard 13-amp supply at 220-240 V, drawing 250 W, and is charged with 80 g of R600a hydrocarbon refrigerant.
