The Hoshizaki K420 is a single-door upright cabinet fridge for back-of-house chilled storage. It stands 1.9 metres tall and delivers 265 litres of net capacity across six shelves—enough to hold a day's prepped stock, deliveries and opened goods in one place, keeping the working counters clear and the kitchen's chilled supply organised behind the line.
As an upright cabinet it stores vertically, so stock stays visible and reachable without the floor footprint of a chest or the counter space of a prep unit. The single door keeps the format simple for a fridge that's opened through the day for restocking rather than à la minute service. At 76 kg and measuring 595 mm wide, it slides into a back-of-house run or against a wall without disrupting the kitchen layout.
The unit runs at energy class C, consuming around 383 kWh per year, and maintains a chilled band of +2 to +12 °C with fan-assist cooling.
