Why this upright fridge earns its place
The AUP-22G CR is the double-door model in Fagor's Advance range, built for kitchens that need serious upright cold storage across two doors rather than one, with the same 2/1 gastronorm tray compatibility as the smaller single-door cabinet. Net capacity is 955 litres (1,332 litres gross), with 48 different levels for 2/1 GN pans across both compartments.
Cooling is rated to Climate Class 5, holding temperature reliably in a hot, high-throughput kitchen. It's Energy Class C rated, consuming 832.2 kWh/year with an EEI of 38.2%, drawing 192W on a 220-240V supply. Both doors are self-closing, cutting energy loss during service.
Build is AISI 304 stainless steel, interior and exterior, with embedded tray slides — no fussy clips or brackets to clean around, just slide the shelf out and wipe it down. Insulation is 40kg/m³ injected polyurethane, the cabinet has 6 plastic-coated shelves, castors as standard, and locks fitted to all doors. Fagor backs it with 2 years parts and labour.
