Why this drawer fridge earns its place
The UC5360 is a low-height gastronorm counter fridge built to give you chilled storage where headroom is tight. With a stainless steel exterior and interior, it sits under a low pass or worktop and puts cold stock within reach of the prep line. The low-profile design is the point: a full-length run of refrigeration that clears surfaces and shelving above it.
It holds +2 to +8 °C with ventilated cooling, which keeps temperature even across the cabinet, and uses R600a refrigerant with automatic defrost. It carries a climate class 4 rating, so it holds temperature in warm kitchens, and it is quiet at 42 dB — low enough to sit near front-of-house prep. Rated energy class C at 916 kWh a year, it costs about £229 a year at 25p/kWh.
The cabinet measures 1795 × 700 × 680 mm and ships packed at 1830 × 750 × 720 mm, so check your worktop clearance and access route first — gross weight is 135 kg. It runs from a standard 13A supply at 220-240V 50Hz, drawing 300W, with an 85 g charge of R600a.
