The Polar G-Series CL108 is a double-door counter fridge that pairs 240 litres of chilled storage (160 litres usable) with a granite work top. It sits at the line as both a prep surface and a refrigerated cabinet, so a single unit does two jobs in a tight kitchen without sacrificing either function.
Two doors let you zone the cabinet and open only the side you need during service, limiting cold loss. Two adjustable shelves fit behind each door. The granite top gives a hard-wearing work surface directly over the storage—suitable for pizza prep, salad assembly, or sandwich building—keeping product and prep in the same footprint. It operates at +2 to +5°C with combined fan-assist and static cooling, running at energy class C (934 kWh per year, 2.38 kWh per 24 hours).
