Why this double door counter fridge earns its place
The Refrigerated Counter Upstand 2 Doors is a back-of-house prep counter with chilled storage built into the base and a rear upstand that stops splash and spillage running down the wall behind it. It gives a kitchen a working surface and cold holding in the same footprint — the internal cavity (795 mm wide, 580 mm deep and 560 mm tall) holds enough mise en place, garnishes and portioned stock so they stay to hand through a service rather than sitting in a distant fridge.
Two hinged doors open onto the refrigerated base, keeping stock cold and out of sight until it is needed. The cabinet holds a steady chilled temperature between -2 and +8 °C (with automatic defrost), so it suits a line where the same cook prepares and holds without walking for stock — a section station, a garde manger, or a plating pass. At 1360 mm wide and 850 mm tall, standing at standard counter height and weighing 115 kg, the unit is built to fit into existing kitchen runs.
Position and levelling matter on a counter that doubles as a work surface: it needs a flat run with clearance for the doors to swing and airflow to the condenser. The 0.34 kW power draw is low and it runs quietly at 42 dB(A), plugging into standard mains. Full external dimensions, weight and electrical requirements are set out in the spec table below — check the width against your doorways and the gap you are dropping it into before delivery, and have it sited and commissioned by your fitter.
