Why this double door counter fridge earns its place
A refrigerated counter is a workhorse of the prep line: chilled storage below, stainless steel 430 working surface on top. This two-door Energy Line model gives 281 litres of gross volume in a 1400 mm wide, 700 mm deep footprint, so it can sit in a shorter run without losing the basic prep-counter rhythm.
Day to day, the counter keeps ingredients at a supplier-stated -2 to +8 °C, with ventilated cooling, R290 refrigerant and automatic defrost. The two doors make sense for a station that needs divided chilled access but not the width of a three-door counter, and the 40 dB(A) noise figure keeps it quiet enough for front-line prep areas.
The cabinet uses 50 mm insulation and is rated for a 43 °C maximum ambient, useful in warm kitchens where refrigeration has to work through service. Plan the delivery route around its 1400 x 700 x 850 mm external size and 136 kg gross weight, then allow the ventilation space it needs in the final run.
