The PG021 is Polar's G-Series single-door upright freezer in black — professional-grade freezing performance built into the same customer-friendly finish as the G-Series fridge range. It's designed for high-traffic food service areas where the freezer might be visible to customers as well as staff, without giving up commercial-grade freezing capability.
Four adjustable shelves hold 397 litres of net storage at -20°C to -10°C, drawing 510W on a 220-240V supply. It's rated Energy Class D at 2025.8kWh a year with an EEI of 59.1%, reflecting the higher energy demand of genuine sub-zero freezing versus chilled storage, and carries a climate class 4 rating. Cooling is static, and the system runs on R290 refrigerant.
Build is strong steel construction with easy-clean surfaces, a digital temperature controller and LED display giving precise, at-a-glance monitoring of freezing conditions. The door is self-closing and lockable, cutting cold-air loss on every opening while securing stock overnight, and the unit sits on lockable castors for repositioning when needed. 2/1 gastronorm tray compatibility runs throughout, at 145kg gross weight, with a 2-year parts and labour warranty.
