Why this double door commercial upright freezer earns its place
The TEFCOLD CAF1390 is a three-door upright freezer for high-demand commercial kitchens, giving 1390 litres gross and 1005 litres usable behind three hinged solid doors. Nine shelves organise frozen stock across an 1800 mm-wide stainless steel cabinet. It holds bulk frozen deliveries, batch-cooked stock and ingredients at deep-freeze temperature for a high-throughput operation.
The cabinet runs from -22 to -17 °C for long-term frozen storage, with automatic electric defrost that clears the evaporator on a set cycle. Rated to climate class 4, it holds temperature in a warm working kitchen. Stainless steel construction inside and out is built for daily commercial cleaning and heavy back-of-house use.
It measures 1800 × 745 × 1950 mm externally and weighs 200 kg, shipping packed at 1840 × 774 × 2030 mm — plan the delivery route and doorway access for the width. The freezer draws 900 W from a standard 13-amp supply at 220-240 V and is charged with 150 g of R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
