The Foster EcoPro G3 GP623-PEB is the premium, heavy-duty version of Foster's double-door upright freezer, built for kitchens and foodservice stores that put serious daily demand on frozen holding. It sits in the 1350 litre gross / 964 litre net cabinet class and stands 2080mm tall on a 1440 × 820mm footprint — full-height frozen storage without a walk-in.
This premium build of the EP1440HL steps up to heavy-duty stainless steel construction for a tougher, longer-working cabinet. Two hinged doors open onto six shelves with 2/1 gastronorm (GN double) compatibility, so frozen stock separates cleanly by section or menu line, and a finished stainless steel back cover lets it stand as an island in the kitchen. 50mm insulation holds the cabinet steadily between -21°C and -18°C.
Like the rest of the eco range it runs on natural, HFC-free R290 refrigerant (GWP 3) with fan-assisted cooling, rated energy class D at 3977.72 kWh a year (8.53 kWh/24h) on a 230V supply.
