The 1.5 x 1.8m footprint holds 4,483 litres at +2–5°C and stands 2.2m high, giving back-of-house teams one dedicated space for deliveries, prepped mise en place and rotation that would overwhelm separate cabinets. Finished in brown for professional back-of-house aesthetic.
Because the unit is integral, the refrigeration with R449A refrigerant and fan-assist cooling is built into the room itself — there is no remote condenser or separate plant room to find space for. The 80mm insulation and sealed structure hold a stable +2–5°C environment, with walk-in shelved access that keeps stock rotation and HACCP stock-takes straightforward. At 375kg, it is substantial but designed for site assembly from modular panels.
