Why this fridge room earns its place
The ADV3030 HT REM is one of the larger square rooms in Foster's Advantage fridge range, built at 3000mm wide by 3000mm deep by 2100mm high — 18.9m³ of chilled storage, fitted 3 tier throughout. It's the remote configuration, so the condensing unit is separate plant connected by refrigerant pipework rather than mounted onto the room, letting the compressor sit elsewhere on site, away from a busy kitchen.
Temperature is held at 1°C to 4°C, rated for a maximum ambient of 32°C. The remote condensing unit runs on a single-phase 230/1/50V supply rated at 4.5kW using R452a refrigerant. Insulated panels reduce running costs across a room this size, and LED lighting is fitted as standard for clear visibility across the full 3 tier layout.
Finish is white laminate throughout, with a hinged door and a gross weight of 625kg once assembled. Foster manufactures the Advantage range in the UK, and the ADV3030 HT REM carries a 1-year parts and labour warranty.
