Why this fridge room earns its place
The ADV2424 HT REM is a square 2400mm x 2400mm room at 2100mm high, giving 12.096m³ of chilled storage fitted 3 tier throughout — the remote-condenser version of Foster's larger square Advantage fridge. The condensing unit runs as separate plant, connected by refrigerant pipework rather than mounted directly onto the room, so the compressor can sit away from the working kitchen.
Temperature is held at 1°C to 4°C, rated for a maximum ambient of 32°C. The remote condensing unit runs on a single-phase 230/1/50V supply rated at 4.5kW using R452a refrigerant. Insulated panels reduce running costs across a room of this volume, and LED lighting is fitted as standard for good visibility across the full 3 tier layout.
Finish is white laminate, with a hinged door and a gross weight of 575kg once assembled. Foster manufactures the Advantage range in the UK, and the ADV2424 HT REM carries a 1-year parts and labour warranty.
