Why this fridge room earns its place
The ADV2121 HT INT steps up from Foster's entry-size Advantage fridge to a square 2100mm x 2100mm footprint at 2100mm high, giving 9.261m³ of chilled storage suitable for 3 tier racking. It's the integral configuration, so the condensing unit sits on the room itself rather than being piped to a separate remote unit — install it, wire it in, and it's ready to run.
Temperature is held at 1°C to 4°C, rated for a maximum ambient of 32°C, which covers a standard working kitchen environment. Advanced insulated panels are specified to reduce running costs across the larger volume, and the integral condensing unit runs on a single-phase 230/1/50V supply rated at 3.8kW using R452a refrigerant. LED lighting is fitted as standard throughout, keeping energy use down against older lighting while giving good visibility for stock rotation.
Finish is easy-clean white laminate, with a hinged door and a gross weight of 525kg once assembled. Foster manufactures the range in the UK, and the ADV2121 HT INT carries a 1-year parts and labour warranty.
