Why this fridge room earns its place
The ADV1818 HT INT is the smallest walk-in fridge in Foster's Advantage range, an integral cold room built at 1800mm wide by 1800mm deep and 2100mm high, giving 6.804m³ of chilled storage at a height suitable for 3 tier racking. It's the integral configuration, meaning the condensing unit is mounted directly onto the room rather than piped to a remote unit elsewhere, so it's ready to run once positioned and wired in.
Running temperature is held at 1°C to 4°C, rated for a maximum ambient of 32°C — a realistic spec for a working kitchen back-of-house rather than an air-conditioned environment. Advanced insulated panels are specified to reduce running costs, and the condensing unit runs on a single-phase 230/1/50V supply rated at 3.8kW using R452a refrigerant. LED lighting is fitted as standard, cutting energy use against fluorescent alternatives while giving good visibility inside the room.
Finish is easy-clean white laminate throughout, with a hinged door and a gross weight of 475kg once assembled. Foster manufactures the Advantage range in the UK, and the ADV1818 HT INT carries a 1-year parts and labour warranty.
