Why this walk-in fridge earns its place
This is a modular cold room panel shell that can be commissioned as either a positive-temperature (chiller) room or a negative-temperature (freezer) room — hence "cold and freezer room" in the name. The duty comes from which refrigeration unit is fitted to the shell rather than the shell itself being locked to one job, which is why the same room appears under both walk-in fridge and walk-in freezer categories.
At 1500 × 1800 × 2200 mm (W×D×H), it's a compact single-room walk-in — the size a site chooses when floor area is tight but a genuine walk-in, rather than a bank of upright cabinets, is still wanted. The 285kg gross weight reflects the insulated sandwich-panel construction that's assembled on site rather than delivered as one fixed unit.
As a panel shell, it's specified alongside one of Combisteel's straddle-type monobloc refrigeration units, sized to the room's roughly 6 m³ volume, to run it as a chiller or a freezer. It's supplied under GTIN 6017431766706 for ordering and stock reconciliation.
