The DS481-FGY is a Polar U-Series integral walk-in freezer finished in grey, holding 2,843 litres at a working temperature of −18°C on a 1.5 × 1.2m footprint. It gives a commercial kitchen a dedicated frozen store you walk into, keeping bulk stock, batch-cooked product and deliveries off the prep line and out of upright freezers that fill up fast. Internal access runs 2,037 × 1,280 × 980mm, so there is room to move stock, rotate shelving and work with pallets and trolleys.
The refrigeration is built into the room itself—80mm insulation with fan-assisted R449A cooling—rather than fed from a remote condensing unit, so the room arrives as a complete package to site and power up.
