Why this cold room shelving kit earns its place
The TEFCOLD CRPF1818 Shelf Kit is a shelving system for the inside of a commercial cold room or walk-in. Its job is to give a working kitchen a permanent, structured home for boxed, bagged and trayed stock so nothing ends up on the cold room floor. That keeps the room cleanable, keeps stock rotation honest, and makes a walk-in properly usable instead of a place deliveries get stacked.
Through service the kit keeps product in sight and within reach, so a team can run first-in-first-out and find a delivery without dismantling the room. The open shelf design lets cold air travel around and between stock rather than getting trapped in a solid pile, which helps temperatures stay even across the load.
