Cambro's universal storage rack add-on kit solves that by customising a Basics Plus storage rack so equipment and tableware can be properly separated, rather than piled on top of each other.
It's built for the 610mm-deep Basics Plus shelving range, made from fibreglass and finished in silver, and measures 520mm wide, 628mm deep and 66mm high, weighing a light 2.19kg. That combination of a fibreglass build and low weight makes it a practical fit for the cold room environment it's rated for, where corrosion resistance matters more than it would in a dry store.
It's a straightforward add-on rather than a full rack replacement — it fits onto an existing Basics Plus rack to divide the space already there, rather than requiring a new shelving unit.
