Why this curved glass serve over fridge earns its place
The TAVIRA II 130 is the most compact slimline serve-over in its range, giving a 0.8 m² display for smaller counters and tight retail spaces. It presents chilled product served to order in a white exterior with a stainless steel interior, suited to delis, café counters and impulse chilled sales where space is limited.
It holds +2 to +8 °C for cooked meats, cheeses, dairy and prepared chilled foods rather than raw fish or frozen lines. Automatic off-cycle defrost keeps the coil clear with no manual routine. It is rated energy class E at 1679.0 kWh a year — about £420 a year at 25p/kWh — with a climate class of 3 for warm rooms, and it runs quietly at 54 dB for a customer-facing position.
The counter runs from a standard 13-amp supply at 220-240 V, so no special electrics are needed. It weighs 143 kg net and 182 kg packed, so plan the lift and delivery route in advance. Cooling uses R290 refrigerant with a 275 g charge.
