Why this curved glass serve over fridge earns its place
The Blizzard SIGMA20C is a 2m curved-glass serve-over counter built for staffed, over-the-counter display. The curved glass front lifts stock towards the customer's eyeline, so sliced meats, cheeses, cakes and prepared lines sit on show while your team serves from behind. At just over 2m wide it gives a substantial run of chilled display for a deli, patisserie or butchery front.
Day to day, the counter runs on automatic defrost, so the coil is cleared on a cycle without staff intervention or downtime. It uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and carries a climate class 3 rating, and it operates at a measured 54 dB — a steady, front-of-house-friendly noise level for a staffed serving area.
For siting, the cabinet measures 2025 mm wide, 1100 mm deep and 1232 mm high, and weighs 233 kg. At that width and weight, plan the delivery route before it arrives: measure doorways and corridors for the 2025 mm span, and make sure the floor and the serving line can take the mass. The R290 charge means it should be sited and serviced by a competent refrigeration engineer.
