Why this multideck earns its place
The Williams DP466 is a slimline multideck from the Gem range, finished in white and built at just 960mm wide — the narrowest option in the Slimline Gem line. It stands 1765mm tall with a 636mm depth, holding 279 litres of chilled stock on three tiered open shelves. A multideck puts chilled stock on open, stepped shelves at the front of a retail space, so customers self-serve without opening a door — the format used for meal deals, drinks, dairy and grab-and-go chilled lines. The slimline 960mm width is designed to fit a productive chilled display into a tight run of floor.
The cabinet maintains +3 to +5 °C with a forced-air refrigeration system drawing just 1120W and consuming about 10 kWh per 24 hours. It is fitted with a night blind: a pull-down cover that closes over the open front out of trading hours to hold temperature and cut energy use when the shop is shut. Through the day the open front keeps the whole range in reach and on show across its shelves, so nothing has to be moved to trade or to close down. At 158kg gross weight, it is the lightest in the range.
It has a slim footprint for a merchandising multideck, which helps it fit a doorway and a tight aisle — the 960mm width and low weight make doorway access straightforward compared to wider models. The cabinet carries a 1-year warranty and runs at energy class E. Measure your access route against that width before ordering, and use our energy decoder to calculate running costs from the kWh figure in the spec table. Our team can confirm site fit before you commit.
