Why this multideck earns its place
The Williams Slimline Gem is an open-fronted multideck from Williams' Slimline range, finished in stainless steel. It puts chilled stock on full, tiered display behind an open front, so customers pick lines straight off the shelf — the format that drives impulse and grab-and-go sales for soft drinks, sandwiches, dairy and chilled snacks. The 636mm depth keeps the cabinet's footprint compact whilst the open front maximises the width of visible chilled stock.
With no doors between customer and stock, a refrigerated air curtain across the open front holds the chilled air inside the cabinet and maintains the +3 to +5 °C operating range. Out of trading hours the built-in night blind pulls down across the front to close the display, keeping that cold air in and easing the load on the refrigeration system while the shop is closed. The stainless steel exterior suits a clean, hard-wearing retail or back-of-house finish.
The unit works as a standalone bay or lines up against further cabinets to build a longer chilled wall.
